About the Role

We are hiring Remote Marketing Partners to promote our professional CV/Resume Formatting Services in the USA, UK, Canada, and Singapore.


As a marketing partner, your primary role will be to reach out to staffing firms, recruiters, job consultants, or individuals who may benefit from our formatting services. You will represent our brand in your local region and help generate new business through calls, emails, meetings, or online networking — whichever method suits you best.


You do not need to handle any backend work like formatting, client support, or invoicing. Our India-based operations team takes care of the full delivery process. Your focus will be purely on generating leads and closing deals.


This role is commission-based, giving you the freedom to work remotely, on your own terms, with no cap on earnings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:


  • 📞 Excellent communication skills – confident in client conversations (phone, email, or in-person)

  • 💼 Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing or sales experience – preferably in recruitment, HR, or career services

  • 🌐 Basic internet and email proficiency – for outreach and follow-ups

  • 🧠 Understanding of your local job or staffing market

  • 🕒 Self-driven and consistent – ability to work independently without supervision

  • 📍 You must be currently based in: USA, UK, Canada, or Singapore


No need for cv / resume formatting or backend knowledge — our India team will handle all technical work.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing or sales experience, preferably in recruitment, HR, career services, or business consulting

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads through email, phone, or direct networking

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-based role

  • Based in USA, UK, Canada, or Singapore


Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field

  • Familiarity with local staffing or recruitment industry

  • Experience using CRM tools or lead tracking systems

  • Network within recruitment firms, staffing agencies, or career coaching circles
